All course content is owned by Tangent Academy. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license. You may not redistribute or resell content.

6. Code License

Code samples are licensed for personal and commercial use in your own projects. You may not resell course code as educational content.

7. User Conduct

Do not share accounts, scrape content, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for illegal purposes.

8. Certificates

Certificates verify course completion. They are issued by Tangent Academy and are not accredited academic credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided as-is. Trading and finance courses are educational only and do not constitute financial advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
